Fresno County Sheriff Margaret Mims said a suspect was shot and killed by a deputy when another deputy was attacked by the suspect. It happened Monday night near Belmont and Willow. Neither deputy was hurt.

Orange Cove police are looking for three suspects in connection to an armed robbery. It happened Friday night at the Quik Stop Market on Park Boulevard. Police said three men walked into the store with guns and stole cash and jewelry.

And, President Obama will lay out his plan to overhaul the nation's immigration laws. The plan puts illegal immigrants at the back of the line for citizenship after they've passed background checks, paid fines and taxes, and learned English.
