Vegetables and Fruit carved into Art

This Chinese soldier has a unique talent...carving artwork out of vegetables and fruit.
In just 10 minutes, he carved a flying white crane out of white turnips.
He can even make his creations blindfolded.
The soldier made more than 10 pieces in all to celebrate China's national day.
