This morning on KSEE Sunrise teamjab@aol.com takes it outside to Buchanan High School's stadium where she puts her clients through the rigors of beginning boot camp.

Fitness Commander
Jenifer Alcorn is a 3x Undefeated World Boxing Champion that has taken her experience in training, along with her education and developed a training program designed for anyone and everyone to succeed -that means YOU RECRUIT!!!! Jenifer’s workouts are never the same, always challenging, and they will leave you wondering why you are sitting on the couch watching Oprah with the rest of America turning into an obesity statistic. Motivation is the key- along with mild degradation!!! Bring a CAN DO attitude, a bottle of water, and good shoes. Comfortable clothes that can get dirty are a MUST. There is no WHINING allowed!!!! WE WANT YOU- Don’t ask “what are we doing today?” or “How many more,” and you will get along just fine!!!!

Why Boot camp?
Boot camp workouts are efficient because you work your entire body- heart and muscles--by going from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involve calisthenics like push ups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises. The difference lies in the intensity. In boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy.

Boot camp workouts are:
- A great way to burn lots of calories.
- Efficient, work your whole body in a short
period of time.
- Fun, each exercise is different so you don't get
bored.
- Easy to fit in to a busy schedule.
- As challenging as you make it.

Beginning Camp
Everyone starts somewhere- this camp is designed for a long term recruit. Most boot campers in the beginning group are trying to lose between 25-150 pounds. This camp works on building up endurance, while learning the basic exercises needed to take it to the next level. Modifications of exercises based on the physical ability of the recruit. EVERYONE can do SOMETHING!!!!

Advanced Camp
Advanced boot camp is designed to push you to your limits. Tired of the old GYM workout…or just want to supplement it? Come play with some of my toys- Sandbags, tires, ropes, buckets of cement. Add a little competition to the mix and you have an unbeatable, high intensity, calorie blasting, motivational workout that will leave you breathless. HARD CORE INDIVIDUALS only need show up!!!

Cost
I am on the honor system- pay for what you use. Pay daily or monthly- but you will PAY! Rates are below:

Beginning class
Tues 6:30 pm Buchanan Stadium
Thur 6:30 pm Clovis West Track
Sat 9 am Woodward Park
$3 per Individual/ $5 per couple/$7 per family (up to 5)

Advanced Class
7:30 pm Buchanan Stadium
7:30 pm Clovis West Track
8 am Woodward Park
(BACK HILL- El Diablo)
$10 per session/$120 month

Jennifer, my kids attend your bootcamp but keep telling me I couldn't do bootcamp because I've had unsucessful back surgery and also have lots of pain in my shoulders. But you made it sound like I could do some of the workout. Do you think I would be a candidate? I really want to drop 15lbs and more than that I WANT TO FEEL GOOD!! I am 65.
