Like most people over the summer months, our “normal” routines go out the window. We find ourselves constantly packing and unpacking from one adventure to the next.
With all the temptations that summer brings, we tend to fall out of our normal rhythms and find that when September rolls around, we have some “mid-year” resolutions to make!
