I represent the acccused, Rosa Gonzalez. Now, Ms. Gonzalez has been accused not because she stole any money, but because she is the person that a few irresponsible debtors blame for their own failure to keep up with valid debt consolidation plans, which were amply explained to them. Has the Fresno Police Department even bothered to get a search warrant for the financial records of these corporates. Shouldn't we be able to see where all the "vicitms" money went before passing judgment.
