Great Harvest Bread Co. in Fresno bakes fresh bread each day. They mill their own wheat on-site and use the flour within 48 hours of milling it. KSEE Sunrise reporter Pamela Prado shows you the process. Great Harvest also makes other baked goods, such as cinnamon rolls, scones, and muffins. It's located on the corner of Champlain and Perrin.
