Time to get back to work, school and your health…
Marie and I are here today to get back to talking about the basics of Yoga and all of it’s’ benefits for our viewers.
To help motivate people to get started or to just get back to the mat, Marie DiBona Herzog is offering a special donation based class on Saturday September 20th as part of a world-wide fundraising effort called the Global Mala Project. They have partnered with the Yoga Health Foundation to promote Yoga Month for this September 2008. These two organizations are dedicated to spreading awareness about Yoga and to raise money for charitable organizations. We are proud to be a part of this event and want you to join us! Even if you have never done Yoga, its’ never to late to start!
Today in our segment, Marie and I are highlighting one of Yoga’s best benefits, a healthy back! Most American’s have some kind of back pain and they don’t have a lot of healthy tools to deal with it. The doctors will often say just “take two of these and call me in the morning.” What happens if you are calling your doctor every morning??? One answer, Yoga to the rescue! Some of the most basic postures in Yoga are relatively easy and can bring relief to most people suffering from back pain almost instantly!
We hope you will join us in trying the simple series of postures to help improve the health of your spine today!

In celebration of "Yoga Month" come take a class where you are honoring yourself and benefitting your self by practicing yoga for all of its great health benefits while all of the proceeds go to charity to help benefit a greater cause beyond yourself. Take the time to help yourself by helping others at the same time.
All of the proceeds from this class will go to “Trees for the Future” (An organization that distributes seeds to countries around the world)
