One on one with Neil Diamond

Neil Diamond will be performing live in concert on New Year's Eve at the Save Mart Center in Fresno. KSEE Sunrise reporter Pamela Prado spoke one on one with the singer via satellite. Diamond has sold more than 125 million records worldwide, charted 17 top ten albums, and 37 top ten singles, among his many other achievements. Since starting the tour in May, Diamond has performed 64 shows in 50 cities in 9 countries for around a million fans. This is the last leg of his world tour. He'll be playing the old favorites, like "Sweet Caroline," "Cracklin' Rosie," and "Forever in Blue Jeans," as well as new songs from his "Home Before Dark" album. Pamela asked Neil what his favorite song to perform is and he told her "Sweet Caroline" because the entire crowd always sings along to it. Pamela, a huge Neil Diamond fan, is pleased to report that Diamond is just as nice in real life as his fans would imagine.
