SPICY PEANUT SAUCE

1 cup Peanut Butter
¼ cup Soy Sauce
¼ cup Sesame Oil

***Above sauces are quite tasty served with potstickers or spring rolls.

RED SHRIMP
Ingredients:
1 Pound Peeled Shrimp
¼ Cup Chopped Garlic
4 Each Blood Oranges
¼ Cup White Sugar
¼ Bunch Chopped Parsley

Method:
Heat a sauté pan to medium heat and add the shrimp and garlic, stirring occasionally, cook until the shrimp is a nice pink color. Place in a medium size bowl and refrigerate to cool. Cut oranges in half and squeeze into a small sauté pan on high heat. Add sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer until a syrup consistency. Pour the blood orange sauce onto the shrimp and stir to cover the shrimp with the sauce. Serve warm or cold.

RICE CREAM SANDWICHES
Ingredients:
8-10 ounces Puffed Rice Cereal
7-8 ounces Marshmallows
½ stick Butter

Also need:
Vanilla Ice Cream
Dessert sauce (i.e. chocolate, caramel, strawberry)

Method:
Place marshmallows and butter in a large microwave safe bowl and cook for 3-3 ½ minutes on high heat. Remove the marshmallow mix from the microwave and add the rice puffs stirring rapidly to cover all rice puffs with the marshmallow mix. Place the mixture onto a cookie sheet to cool. Let the mixture cool for a minute or two and spread evenly across the cookie sheet, let harden. Cut the rice puff mixture into small squares. Spread the dessert sauce onto the rice puff squares. Scoop vanilla ice cream onto rice puff square and top with a second rice puff square to make a sandwich. Place in the freezer until time to serve or serve immediately.
