Celebrating July 4th Safely

By KSEE News

Stands are selling fireworks ahead of the 4th of July holiday. Make sure if you plan to light any, they're legal fireworks with a "safe and sane" logo on the box. KSEE Sunrise reporter Pamela Prado spends the morning live showing us the popular items this year and also discussing fireworks safety. Even if you have fireworks, you can only light them off between the hours of 8 pm. to midnight on Saturday, July 4th. If you are caught with illegal fireworks, you could receive a fine of $1,250. If you have illegal fireworks, you can drop them off at any Fresno fire or police station.
