This morning on KSEE Sunrise, we got a preview of this weekend's Red Haute Fashion and Entertainment Event to benefit the Holy Cross Center for Women in downtown Fresno.

Fashionistas from around the Valley will want to mark their calendars for Saturday, November 7, when the Saint Agnes Associates Red Haute Fashion & Entertainment Event hits the runway at the Fresno Convention Center.

Doors open at 10:30 a.m. This year's Red Haute extravaganza will feature the hottest clothing trends, a sizzling gourmet lunch, special performance by Good Company Players, and luxurious live and silent auctions (including high caliber items like Lasik Vision Correction Surgery, a diamond bezel set pendant, and a VIP trip to Fashion Week in New York City).

Enjoy fabulous fashions from some of Fresno's finest retailers: Ava Marie's, b.b. pepper, Carmel Kids, Chico's, CoCo New *Vintage* Consignment, Laundry Room, Macy's, Mia Bella, Patrick James, Posh, She She and Starlette O'Hara.

Once again, 13 lovely and talented Saint Agnes staffers who won this year's Next Top Model contest will strut their stuff on the catwalk.

Get your tickets early, as this show is always a sellout. Tickets start at $75 per person. For ticket information, call Saint Agnes Foundation at 559-450-2040 or e-mail giving@samc.com.

in repsonse to sbplayer: The proceeds benefit the Holy Cross Center for Women. Are homeless women and children not a worthy enough cause for you?

Gee, just how I'd like to spent the $75 bucks or more, for a ticket to view clothes being worn (modeled). While I'm sure there will be many who will, I think it will really only stimulate their EGO, perhaps a cause or another pocket. Have a good time.
