THANKSGIVING FEAST

The Pilgrims and the Indians would have been envious of this Thanksgiving dinner. This class will demonstrate how to carry out the perfect Thanksgiving feast. Lessons will include how to brine and cook a delicious holiday turkey with all the trimmings, setting a beautiful fall table, parting gifts for your guests and more. We will also be discussing wine parings with a representative from a local winery to ensure that your dinner is as idyllic as possible and that all of your holiday visitors feel special.

You will learn how to make the most delectable hors d'oeuvres beautiful and delicious cocktails, and charming holiday invitations. We will also be showing you how to set an amazing buffet table to exhibit your hors d’oeuvres and how to create party games that will keep your guests laughing the whole night through. After taking this class, your holiday party is sure to be a hit!

HOLIDAY MADE EASY

This class encompasses all the elements to make sure your holiday is easy and stress free.This class will include table decorating ideas, napkin folding, proper holiday etiquette, hostess gifts, gift wrapping, tree trimming and much more. You may also be expecting overnight guests during the holidays, and this class will be teaching you some fun and easy ways to make your guests feel special during their stay.
