Four killed in car accident

Four people were killed neat Stratford this afternoon on Rd 20-1/2, near Lincoln Avenue. CHP says it appears the driver of a minivan was going too fast and lost control on an "S" curve in the road.

The vehicle left the roadway, jumped a ditch and landed in another ditch several feet away. All 4 inside the minvan were killed. Investigators have not yet released the identities of the victims.
