Four people were killed neat Stratford this afternoon on Rd 20-1/2, near Lincoln Avenue. CHP says it appears the driver of a minivan was going too fast and lost control on an "S" curve in the road. The vehicle left the roadway, jumped a ditch and landed in another ditch several feet away. All 4 inside the minivan were killed.

On Friday night friends and family members gathered at the crash site with candles lit to remember the victims. According to family members the four who passed away in the crash were 29 year old Juan Moreno, his 18 year old brother Alejandro, 17 year old girlfriend Alma Galvan and 27 year old Neal Rodriguez. Investigators have not yet released the identities of the victims officially.
