On the third day of testimony in the trial of former Reedley football player Eddie Scott, his former teammate Mackey Davis took the stand. Davis, also accused of sexually assaulting the 11-year-old girl at a party last year, took a plea bargain that included agreeing to testify in Scott's trial.

Davis told jurors the girl performed sex acts on both men, and that Davis took video of the encounter on his cell phone.

Both Davis and Scott have denied having sexual intercourse with the girl.

Scott's trial resumes on Wednesday.
