One man arrested in connection to bizarre apartment shooting

One man is under arrest and a woman is in the hospital in critical condition following Wednesday's bizarre shooting at Marks and Dakota.

A woman called police Wednesday morning saying she'd been shot in the back. Police arrived to find that a bullet came through the wall of the woman's apartment, grazing her back but not causing any injuries.

After some investigating, police found two men, a gun and a woman suffering a single gunshot wound to the head, all in the neighboring apartment.

Now, police are holding one of those men on charges that include attempted murder, domestic violence and being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm.

The gunshot victim remains in the hospital in critical condition.
