A Southern California man who has seen KSEE 24's stories about jailed Fresno soldier Richard Medina Torres has created a website to show support for him. George Alesna said he wanted to show his support for someone who has served his country in Iraq and is now in need of help.

Torres has been in a Juarez, Mexico prison for nearly a month after he said he took a wrong turn in El Paso and wound up having to drive into Juarez with guns in his car.

The website is www.releaserichard.com.
