With temperatures expected to surpass 100 by this weekend, police and fire officials are warning people not to leave pets or children sitting in stationary cars, even for a couple of minutes. The inside of a car can quickly heat to more than 120 degrees, causing illness and death. Carolyn Bruck got a first hand demonstration of what can happen.
