Simply said...It is hot. And now that the weekend is here, plenty of people are headed outdoors, but is it safe to be in the sun on days like this?

Moms and dads need to make sure the whole family is well-hydrated and get them out of the heat before heat exhaustion sets in.

Many families took advantage of area water parks to cool off.
