The Governor declares a State of Emergency for Mariposa County

Help is on the way for the people of Mariposa County.
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger declared a State of Emergency for the wildfire ravaged region.

The fire dubbed the "Oliver complex" began burning June 21st.
So far, it's scorched around 2800 acres threatening homes and other structures along the way.

Tonight, the fire is 70% contained but, concern continues for residents in this once tranquil mountain community.
