Fresno musician Rico Rodriguez is living what many would call "a dream come true".

His band “Picture Atlantic” just released a full length album, wrapped up a summer tour and this weekend they're opening for one of the most well-known groups in the world, “Coldplay”.

“Picture Atlantic” was hand-picked by “Coldplay” after they entered a Bay Area contest vying against hundreds of others bands.

The band will play at the HP Pavillion in San Jose Friday July 18.
