New Report Ranks Valley Congressional District Dead Last

A new report from the Human Development Project puts another thorn in the valley's side, but there may be a silver lining. 20Th District Congressman Jim Costa says this report, that rank Districts residents well being in Health, Education and Income, can bring more dollars to the Valley.
The report includes an 8 point human development agenda...To raise rankings in the coming years.
Some of the points include promoting prevention and public health, making health care available to all Americans, modernizing k thru 12 education and boosting incomes and promoting asset building.
The report was funded by Ox-fam America, the Conrad Hilton
Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation and the Social Science Research Council.
