By KSEE 24 News

Gov. Schwarzenegger says he is considering temporarily reducing the hourly wage of more than 200,000 state employees to the federal minimum wage of $6.55 as a way of saving money until a new state budget is passed. Thousands of state workers across the state held lunchtime rallies to protest the move, including here in Fresno. This is raw video of the downtown Fresno rally and interviews with state workers who oppose the governor's plan.
