A Cutler man is arrested after authorities say he shot a man and then deputies were forced to shoot the suspect. It all happened shortly after one this morning in Orosi. First, an Orange Cove man is shot in the chest...and then while searching for the suspect, Tulare County Sheriff's Deputies say the suspect pulled out a gun, and had no choice but to take him down.
