Assembly Member, Nicole Parra was kicked out of her state capitol office after refusing to vote with her party during Sunday nights budget drill.

On Monday morning, Assembly Speaker Karen Bass sent the Hanford democrat packing.

Parra was given 4 hours to move to a much smaller office in a building across the street.

According to Parra, Speaker Bass knew she would not vote to approve the budget unless a water bond to help improve the valley’s infrastructure was included.

Parra's refusal to vote did little to change the outcome of Sunday night's budget drill.

Nearly all republicans voted against it's passage.

Good for you! I applaud your efforts and keep up the fight. Keep up the publicity and show everyone how petty the Democrats are in handling you. Now's a good time to defect to the Republican Party.
