Merced soldier dies in Iraq

The Department of Defense announced the death of Pvt. Janelle F. King, 23, of Merced. The DoD would only say she died of non-combat injuries on August 14th in Baghdad, and that the incident is under investigation. Stay with KSEE24.com and KSEE 24 News for updates.
