Tuesday morning, a grassroots organization called "Faith in Community" joined forces with tenants of the "College Manor Apartments".

You guys can come to these apartments listening to tenants who have broken the rules and tenants who have not abided by the rules given out by JD Home Rentals but the family living in 212 goes around the apartments all hours of the night trying to find drugs he has asked myself and other tenants if we had some marijuana or knew how to get some. I think it is funny that a news company like yours would back a drug addict and a drug seller. I also think that the church that was out there was fake!

I seen this news cast and had to laugh, the manager has to pull out of the garage they fixed for her since the "tenant" Victor Cruz vandalized her car. If you had a picture of the passenger door you would see they key marks. So the picture on the sign is uncalled for, because the manager is not double parked she is pulling out of her stall and locking the garage, funny how you news people will jump at a chance to make someone look bad but he is out asking for drugs and no one mentions that!

They may have illegal evictions which is unethical in my opinion. But how many people are here illegally? If they are illegal I say the company has a right to protect itself.

with the way things has been going for everyone, gas prices, rental assistance no funding, jobs on low, cost of living money, you would think the landlord would try to work with tenants??

I was a tenant at one of JD Rental apartments and I complained for years until I finally couldn't take it any more. I was on Sec 8 at the time and it wouldn't pass inspection so I moved. They said they served me an eviction notice I never received after I was moved which they won because I had no idea of a court date due to not staying at the property. 5 years later my wages are being garnished because of them and their illegal tactics now how fair is that. Right now every paycheck they get mone

Sounds to me like you left without giving proper notice. If they were illegal tactics then answere this "why did they win in court?" Maybe because you did not handle "your" business properly, like a 30 day notice a forwarding address with jd and the post office. People always like bashing others especially when they've only heard one side of the story. Did you happen to take a good look at the protesters? none of them spoke english what does that tell you "ILLEGAL ALIENS"

I have worked for JD Homes and know prior supervisors. The owner of JD homes has many set ups in these low income apartments. maybe fresno pd should have a look in some of these apartments. known sex places and managers that allow drug sales in apartments. There is alot of things going on that not alot of people know about The owner and supervisors. Drugs and sex places are there. Yeah I am bashing them and exposing them. How else did he build such an extravagant house? He is also a slum lord.

I have recently came into contact with workers at the JD Home Rental office and discovered that they may exploit the immigrant communities to whom they tailor the most. I will do my best to obtain legal support for a certain case, I think they are used to getting away with cheating innocent people but this time they may not be so lucky...
