Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has announced during a news conference that he will veto the current budget compromise being proposed by the California legislature. The governor says the current plan does nothing to fix long term problems with the state's budget and unfairly calls on state taxpayers to contribute more money to solve the current deficit. This is the governor's entire news conference.
