Administrators exposed more than 200 students to 21 dirty words in an effort to curb cussing.
Several concerned citizens came out to a school board meeting Wednesday night to demand the board take stronger action.
District Superintendent, Michael Hanson, apologized to the parents, and said the matter has been handled internally.
Parents say they've lost confidence in Tioga Middle School Principal Ray Avila, and they have not ruled out legal action.

Are our educators so out of touch that they think that the problem is that kids who swear don't know that the words are bad? What's next, showing a video of a grizzly murder in the classroom so the kids can be told not to do that either? Perhaps I should not give them any ideas!

It's not like they are not going to learn these word ever, It's just a matter of time. When these parent realize that. Their own children will say they learned it from peers. I didn't think my own kid would ever speak those words but they grown up and use them quit frequently, but not around me. They can't fool me. I too was a teanager at one time, and today still try my best not to use those words. The teacher was probuly trying to teach them responsability. something parents fail at today
