Everyone knows the economy is facing hard times, and that is especially true in the Central Valley. For the next month, KSEE 24 News Special Assignment will be looking at the impact of the economic downturn on Valley residents, and offer suggestions for ways to weather the economic storm. In Part One of Hard Times, Jobin Panicker looks at what we are all facing in the months ahead.
