Swearengin wins Fresno mayor's race

Ashley Swearengin will be the next mayor of Fresno. With nearly all of the votes counted, she leads Henry T. Perea 55% to 45%. Swearengin did not officially declare victory, but said she was ready to lead the city. Perea left his campaign party Tuesday night without making any comment about the outcome/
