Charges of election fraud in Orange Cove

By KSEE News

The Secretary of State's office is investigating allegations that Orange Cove Mayor Victor Lopez and some associates entered voting booths and instructed people how to vote. Poll observers lodged complaints, and sheriff's deputies were eventually called to have the mayor leave the polling place.
The mayor, on Wednesday, told KSEE 24 he did nothing wrong, and was merely helping people who requested aid in voting.

I have known Victor Lopez since I was a child. I remember him helping my grandmother Estefana Hernandez complete her absentee ballet in our presence and never did I or my father see him fraud the ballot. I am disgusted that people could be so evil and think these horrible things about him. He is a great mayor and a wonderful person. Shame on all of you who feel differently. God bless you Victor and keep up the great work.

Victor Lopez has been stealing elections for several years now. He stays in power through intimidation and deceit. This isn't the first time he has done this and he will continue to do this unless the city of Orange Cove stands up to its bully mayor.

Mayor Lopez, his oldest son, and city planning commissioner were inside booths w/voters. Mayor endorsed 2 city council candidates who were on the ballot. Elections official Tony Reyes did not enforced poll watcher guidelines fairly because he allowed them to do as they pleased. Many people will attest to that including the other elections officials if you ask them what really happened. One of them happens to be the Mayor's ex-sister-in-law who allowed Victor Jr. be behind the elections table.

I grew up in orange cove and seen to go down hill every since victor came into office and I do feel his children are dipping their hands into the city's monies. I hope that the investigation that the fired administrator would reveal the truth, they should talk to the office staff since they are the ones as well getting dirty I have seen some receive grant monies to improve their own homes not for the city!!!

Victor has a history of Voter Fraud. I remember the first time I voted. Victor Lopez showed up on my front door step with my absentee ballot. I do not remember registering. He opened the envelope, selected himself advised his person he was with to put envelope in trash bin outside. I was young and naive.
