It's estimated that up to 11% of children in the Central Valley have no health insurance, and that can be especially hurtful to children who need health care. On KSEE 24 News at 4, Norma Forbes, Executive Director of the Fresno Healthy Communities Access Partners, talked to Stefani Booroojian about how her organization can help kids get the health care they need.
