City of Fresno plans garbage clean-up in homeless camps

Homeless in Fresno are officially on notice. The city is once again cleaning up trash at various camps. Some of the people who live there are worried they'll lose what possessions they have left, but the city says that won't happen.

it would be nice if there was a solution to where to place the homeless that do live there. they really need help finding a place to lay there head other then on the side of the street.
