On the eve of her inauguration, Fresno mayor-elect Ashley Swearengin addresses a room packed with community members and local leaders as part of a community celebration themed, "One City, One Future."

Swearengin will take office Tuesday, January 6th.

The swearing-in ceremony takes place at Fresno City Hall at 8:30am.
