Accused In Fake Security Guard Case Speaks Out

Robert Johnson says he and his friend, Richard Lozano, were not trying to do anything wrong Tuesday night when they were stopped by Fresno Police.

Residents in a Northeast Fresno neighborhood called to complain about the pair, who were dressed like security guards and driving a jeep with a flashing light on top.

Johnson says they were simply looking for things to recycle and figured they could help security keep an eye on things. When police pulled the suv over, they found kids toys, hundreds of pills, women's underwear, and condoms.

Johnson says some of the items were things picked up in the trash, while others were simply personal things. He stresses none of it was intended to aid in committing a crime.

Lozano, who is a registered sex offender, was arrested on DUI charges and vehicle code violations. He remains in the Fresno County Jail.

Johnson was cited for being under the influence of a controlled substance. He says the only thing he had in his system was an energy drink.

Robert Johnson hands out at the Red Lantern and was black listed from delivering pizza's for hitting on male customers and trying to lick and pet their feet. He can regularly be fiound washing cloths athe laundry mat at Cedar and Butler playing with little asian children. Talk about a sick pervert.
