Two more Tulare County schools closed due to swine flu concerns

The Tulare County Department of Health on Friday announced that two more elementary schools are being closed because of concerns over swine flu. The schools are Sunnyside Elementary School in Strathmore and Woodville Union Elementary School in Woodville. No specific details were given for the closings other than to say there were concerns about students exhibiting flu-like symptoms. Earlier this week, Mountain View Elementary School in Visalia closed because of a kindergarten student who may have the swine flu.

why be offended? just another reason for people to have a reason to warrant an race card get over it it is what it is and with all the things that caucasian people could get angry over like asian history month, black womens tea dont see that making a race card come out. Yes the issue is people coming ill but it does not take away from the fact that the picture of the Mexican flag with a pig in front of it is definitly uncalled for and an apology is warranted. Although I am not from Mexico, I am still deeply offended by the picture.
