UPDATE: The Fresno County Coroner's Office has identified the shooting victim as 17-year-old George Aphay. He died of a gun shot wound to the abdomen.

Police are trying to find information in Fresno's latest homicide. On Saturday afternoon a man and a woman brought a man suffering from a gunshot wound to Community Regional Medical Center.W Fresno. Police so far have only described the victim as a Laotian man in his early 20s. Neighbors say that, while there have been incidents nearby, their neighborhood, which consists of several homes built by Habitat for Humanity, has always been quiet. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 498-STOP.
