I drink several sodas a day and I am anything but overweight. I am 5'8 and weight about 138 to 140 pounds. What it comes down to is personal accountability. If you make a pig of yourself then your going to be fat. Its like watching someone go get a extra large value meal at McDonalds then get a diet soda.

All they have to do is decrease the sugar contain in all the Sodas, cookies, ect.. We don't need all that sugar in any of the sodas. Just lower the sugar, keep the soda taste. I still want soda drink from time to time. But when Its been a while all you taste is the large amount of sugar first be for the soda taste. And it spoils.the soda, if companies would cut the sugar way down, keep the soda taste then alot of people would have to pay for the extra sugar cost if there is going to be any.
