Widespread damages and power outages resulted from this first storm of the fall season. Valley residents experiencing flooding are seeking help, and city workers are responding. If you see flooding in your area, or are in need of sandbags, and you live in the Fresno area, call 621-CITY. If you live in Clovis, call 324-2800. For sandbags in the Visalia area, you can head over to the city yard at 309 N. Cain. Madera residents can get sandbags at 1030 S. Gateway. If you live in Chowchilla, sandbags will be available at 360 N. 1st Street.
