The attorney for a former Madera County Supervisor accused of child molestation says, his client is in the hospital with pneumonia.

81 year old Harry Baker is accused of molesting a 13 year old girl in a motel room two years ago.

Wednesday, Baker's attorney Rick Berman says the serious illness is the reason why baker was not able to appear in court for his arraignment for the past two scheduled appearances.
