Students Upset Over Anti-Gay Teachings at FCC

Students at Fresno City College are fed up with Dr. Bradley Lopez. They're saying he's teaching religious bias in a health sciences class. He's accused of teaching out of the bible and asking students to see him after class if they want to know more about God. Students say they're offended by his teachings on abortion and homosexuality. The ACLU has given the school one week to explain how they'll address the issue.

Sheriff And County Legal Battle Heats Up

Sheriff Margaret Mims hired an attorney from Southern California to help in her case against Fresno County. The attorney says what the Board of Supervisors is doing is unconstitutional. Board supervisors say it's a matter of public safety.

14-year-old Arrested: Accused of Killing 4-year-old Boy

After a full day of searching for Alex Mercado,4, of Mendota, authorities discovered the boy's body in a home--in the same apartment complex where the boy lived. Authorities have not revealed how the boy died, but late Saturday evening, announced the arrest of a 14-year-old boy.
