Teen Charged in Murder of 4 Year Old

The Fresno County District Attorney has filed charges against the teen accused of killing 4 year old Alex Mercado.
14 year old Raul Castro has been charged as an adult with first degree murder.
Castro also faces separate felony charges of kidnapping, sodomy, and child molestation.
Investigators say Castro drowned the four year old Friday, and then hid his body in a dryer.
Castro will be arraigned in Fresno County Superior Court Wednesday morning.

Ive heard that the 14 year old said he killed the child just to know what it felt like to kill. He not only hurt the 4 yr old, he hurt many families. If he did want to know what its like to be a murderer, he needs to be sent to prison with inmates who know why he's there and let him experince what its like for child killers in prison.

This may be a 14 year old. But what this "teen" did was nothing short of horrific and he should have to pay with his life as well. There should be no remorse given upon someone no matter WHAT their age when they do something to an innocent baby or child. God bless this poor child's family. It's bad enough our children aren't even safe around adults, but now they aren't even safe around other children.

Too all who feel it is necassary to talk down on a family mourning, try to put yourself in their position. The only thing that is important is that the family is laying this sweet baby to rest so that his spirit can go on. regaurdless of thesituation that may have occured No parents are should bury their baby
