Accused Killer Makes Unorthodox Plea Deal

An accused killer has accepted a plea deal, based on a somewhat unorthodox request.

30 year old Kenneth Wilson is accused of shooting to death 41 year old Julio Barajas during a car jacking back in February of 2008.

Wilson took a deal today in Fresno County Court, agreeing to serve life in prison without the possibility of parole, but only if he was allowed hug his sisters in jail for at least 45 seconds each.

If not, his lawyer says the deal is off the table.

The Judge agreed to the terms, but added that Jail Officials will make the final decision.

A decision is expected to be made next week.

He probably would be able to hug his sisters at some point during his life sentence anyway.. look at Tex Watson .. he married and fathered six children while serving a life sentence for ripping an unborn child out of its mother's belly.. sharon Tate.

They didn't say how often or what, so if they make it one a time deal, that should be easy enough & perhaps require him being naked would be a sweet get even for this, and nothing could be passed between them all. May he become a sweetie for general population.
