William "Bill" Henry was last seen in Tulare on November 5th. His truck and trailer were found burned and abandoned in a rural part southwest of Tulare. Neighbors say Bill, a self-employed landscaper, was a hard-working man who never missed a job. Tulare Police are calling the disappearance "suspicious".
