Governor Schwarzenegger announced he’ll appoint State Senator Abel Maldonado as California’s new lieutenant governor.
The announcement was made Monday afternoon during a taping of “The Jay Leno Show.”
The former lieutenant governor, John Garamendi stepped won after taking a seat in congress.
