The sound of Salvation Army bell ringers is a constant during the holiday season, and now donating to the cause is easier than ever before.
Electronic payment machines have been set up in more than 300 locations across the country, including Fresno’s Fashion Fair Mall.
The machines allow those in the giving spirit to donate using their credit or debit card.
Salvation Army representatives say with so many people relying on plastic, adding these machines was a smart choice.
