Students and staff at Tehipite Middle School are mourning the loss of a teenager killed in a car crash Sunday night.
13 year old Monique Sandhu was one of three who died when the car she was riding in hit a light pole at a high rate of speed.
Sandhu was an 8th grader at the Fresno school.
A crisis team was on campus Tuesday to help students and staff.
The faculty says Sandhu was a very popular student, and had a lot of potential.
The other two victims who died in the crash have been identified as the driver, Jose Barigga, 18, and Francisco Godinez – Gonzalez, 16.
Two others were hurt in the accident.
Police say the driver of the vehicle may have been driving under the influence.
