Fresno City Manager Andy Souza has resigned his position with the city. City officials made the announcement today. Souza says its time to pursue other opportunities.

This is a political cover up..The Mayor never wanted Andy. He is being forced out as well as other city leaders. There will be a lot of changes in the near future.
