3 Arrested After 12 Shot at Fresno Party

Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer announced Friday morning, the arrest of three people in connection to a violent party that left 12 people with gun shot wounds.

The shooting happened Nov. 28, just before 3 a.m., in the 2200 block of E. Clay in Fresno.

Andy Nakhiengchanh, 18, Fresno, and a 17-year-old male were arrested on several felony charges including attempted homicide, 11 counts of assault with a deadly weapon involving a firearm, and firearms possession. According to police, both are self-admitted members of a local Southeast Asian criminal street gang. Nakhiengchanh was booked into the Fresno County Jail. The 17-year-old juvenile was booked into Fresno County Juvenile Hall.

SWAT Officers served a search warrant in the 4600 block of E. Florence. During the search warrant service Leonard Aragon, 18, was arrested and booked into the Fresno County Jail for possession of a firearm with altered serial numbers.
